The whole of Flanders is parceled out and we know things have to be different. Yet we linger on naming the challenges and do not tackle them thoroughly.

As the necessary transition continues to simmer, Team Vlaams Bouwmeester and the Department of the Environment started a process to take a very concrete look at what is and what is not working with three cases.

By better understanding the thresholds, we can draw lessons. We can later extrapolate these to the whole of Flanders.
